  • Firewood for the outdoor firepit may be purchased on a per-night basis at the time of booking or with a week's notice. A night's worth is two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax. Let us know how many nights worth you would like to purchase.
  • Repeat guests returning to Hidden Hideaway can receive a 10% discount, not to be stacked with other discounts.

Cancellation Policy

  • Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.
  • Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit.
  • Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
  • All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

  • AWD or 4WD vehicles are required during winter months. The road leading to this home starts as paved then turns to gravel and is moderately steep.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • Internet is currently through ViaSat. This will stream, but you may encounter delays if trying to stream on multiple devices at the same time. We anticipate fiber being in the area by early 2025.
  • All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. Cooking basics, stove, oven, dishwasher, and toaster are provided.
  • Washer and dryer are available.
  • There is a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two.
